Abstract: 

سازمان بین المللی استاندارد از زمان تاسیس خود در سال 1942، استانداردهای بین المللی متعددی را با همکار ی متخصصان و کارشناسان برجسته جهان و همچنین کارشناسان موسسه های استاندارد کشورهای عضو این سازمان، تدوین و منتشر نموده است. هر کدام از استانداردهای انتشار یافته حیطه خاصی از عملیات و فعالیتها را پوشش داده و بر روی آن متمرکز می شود. مانند استانداردهای سیستم کیفیت، ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای و مدیریت محیط زیست. با وجود تشابه فراوان بین این سیستم ها، ادغام نیازمندیهای این سه سیستم بدون پیچیدگی به نظر می رسد؛ ولی این امر در عمل به سادگی میسر نیست. چرا که بایستی ابتدا برای هر سازمان فایده ها، مشکلات و مسایل حاشیه ای جهت ادغام در نظر گرفته شود. علاوه بر این، در نظر داشتن وجوه اشتراک و تفاو تها بین سیستم های مورد نظر نیز ضروری است. با این حال اگر نیازمندیهای سیستم مدیریتی مورد نظر به درستی در سازمان طرح ریزی و اجرا شده باشد و کارکنان سازمان نیز آگاهی و تعهد لازم را در ارتباط با نیازمندیهای آن داشته باشند، ادغام سیستم های مدیریتی به راحتی و بدون ایجاد اختلال در روند جاری فعالیتهای سازمان امکان پذیر خواهد بود. در این مقاله پس از بحث و توضیح پیرامون استانداردهای کیفیت، مدیریت محیط زیست و ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای، روشهای ادغام این سه سیستم و فواید ناشی از این ادغام عنوان خواهد شد.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the current research was to investigate the obstacles to the implementation of school-based Management in Iran's educational System based on the interpretive structural modeling approach. The research method was a modeling study. The statistical population of the research was specifically the academic staff members of the university, 25 of whom were purposefully selected from the desired cases. The data collection tool was a researcher-made self-interactive questionnaire. In order to measure and evaluate the validity of the questionnaire, the criterion of content validity was used. The content validity of the questionnaire was 0.96. The data analysis was done with interpretive structural modeling method. The results of the research showed that 9 factors play a role as barriers to school-oriented Management. Also, the results showed that financial obstacles (the cost of school-oriented Management), socio-cultural obstacles and political obstacles (political focus on schools by the central government) as key independent variables have high influence power and low dependence. Also, the results showed that the lack of belief in the professional competence of school administrators, the lack of infrastructure facilities, the emphasis of upper Management on the supervision and control of schools, and the lack of cooperation of local communities with school-based Management as the linking variables with the greatest power of influence and the greatest power of dependence. and the centralism in the education System of the country and the lack of legal powers to school managers and staff as dependent variables have high dependency power and low influence power.

Abstract: 

در صنعت مقابله پیشگیرانه با خطرات احتمالی باعث افزایش کارایی و افزایش تولید در یک واحد تولیدی می گردد. مدیریت خوردگی بعنوان بخشی از سیستم مدیریتی یکپارچه در ارتباط با توسعه، اجرا، بازبینی و نگهداری از مسایل خوردگی می باشد. برنامه ای در سیستم مدیریتی موفق و کارآمد خواهد بود که بتواند با دیگر اجزا سیستم ارتباط منطقی برقرار نماید. در این مورد مدیریت خوردگی باید بتواند داده های خود را به دیگر برنامه های مدیریتی در سیستم مدیریت جامع القا نماید و از طرف دیگر داده های آنها را به بهترین نحو ممکن مورد استفاده قرار دهد. همچنین سیستمهای مدیریتی به ابزار قابل اطمینانی برای پیش بینی حوادث احتمالی آینده و محاسبه فاکتورهای لازم برای مدیریت نیاز دارند. از مهمترین ابزارهایی که می توان بوسیله آن داده های مطمئنی بدست آورد ارزیابی ریسک حوادث احتمالی می باشد. در مدیریت خوردگی بر پایه ریسک نیز محاسبات لازم برای اقدامات کنترلی و بازرسی ها بر اساس ریسکی است که همراه با هر یک از وقایع احتمالی خوردگی وجود دارد. در روشهای مدیریتی بر پایه ریسک نیز تمرکز اقدامات بر روی نقاط پر خطر و با ریسک بالا خواهد بود. بر این اساس نقاط بحرانی توسط روشهای مختلف ارزیابی ریسک مشخص شده و با بکارگیری از روشهای مناسب مانیتورینگ خوردگی و نیز با تدوین برنامه هایی جهت بازرسی و اقدامات کنترلی و تعمیراتی که در آینده طرح ریزی خواهند شد این نقاط را مدنظر قرار می دهند. با توجه به میزان خسارات ناشی از خطرات احتمالی، مدیریت ریسک تنها یک گزینه آلترناتیو محسوب نشده بلکه بکارگیری آن در هر تشکیلاتی از الزامات مدیریتی می باشد. در صورتیکه در یک سیستم تمامی محاسبات بر اساس ریسک حاصل از حوادث و اقدامات بعدی و کنترل ریسکها باشد می توان به یک سیستم مدیریت جامع بر پایه ریسک دست یافت که در حال حاضر بسیاری از صنایع در کشورهای پیشرفته و رو به توسعه بر این اساس مدیریت می شوند.

Abstract: 

The Intelligent sales Management System in Metaverse is the concept of performing sales operations, using smart contracts, machine learning, Intelligent process automation and direct monitoring of all network members in Metaverse. The aim of the current research is to provide a model of Intelligent sales Management System in Metavers. In the qualitative research, the statistical population includes experts in the fields of business Management and information Management, and the sample size was calculated and carried out according to the theoretical saturation point of 14 people using the snowball sampling method. Data collection was done through semi-structured interviews with experts and analysis. Data were collected using open, central and selective coding method. The findings obtained in the qualitative research showed 112 codes, 29 concepts and 9 categories, which led to the presentation of an Intelligent sales Management System model in Metaverse. This research led to the presentation of a new model of Intelligent sales Management System.

Abstract: 

There are lots of factors and parameters which are related to road accidents. Some of them have geographical features that are in time and place fences and others are descriptive information of accident. Communicating between this information and using them for reducing road fatalities need a Intelligent Management System that play effective instrumental role in traffic Management and planning. As a result, in this applicable study, administrative levels and suggested designing System as a Intelligent System of Management and road accidents and violations publicity are presented.

Abstract: 

 The need for blood and the blood donors are on the rise continuously. Poor communication between blood banks and hospitals results in improper Management and wastage of available blood inventory and can cause life threats. Therefore, there is an urgent need for coordination between blood banks, hospitals, and blood donors. The Design of a Secure Intelligent Blood Bank Information System (SIBBIS) is a way to align blood banks and hospitals with the help of the Internet. SIBBIS is a web application through which registered hospitals can check the availability of required blood, send a request for blood to the nearest blood bank or donor that matches the blood requirements, and order blood online as requested. A blood bank can also send a request to another blood bank in case of unavailable blood. The person willing to donate blood can find the nearest blood banks using SIBBIS. The location of the blood bank can be traced using maps. The life of the hardware, software, refrigerator cleaning of refrigerator and vaccination of employees are monitored Intelligently. For this System, we developed a standard process-oriented information System analysis methodology using use case, activity, System sequence, entity relationship, and class diagrams. The usability of the developed System was evaluated, and it was 93.39%.

Abstract: 

Background: We aimed to apply the Intelligent pressure ulcer information Management System software to hospitalized patients with pressure ulcer and to evaluate its application effect. Method: Fifty patients hospitalized in the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, Changsha, China, a grade-A tertiary hospital from March 2021 to May 2021 were grouped into the control group. For these subjects, conventional electronic forms were used to report and manage pressure ulcer information. Another 50 patients with pressure ulcer were selected as the experimental group who were hospitalized the same hospital from June 2021 to August 2021. They were managed with Intelligent Pressure Ulcer Information Management System Software. Results: The effects of the two Management methods were assessed by comparing the reporting time, the degree of pressure ulcer healing 1 week after the occurrence of pressure ulcer and after discharge, and the nurse satisfaction. The reporting time and Design-R scores 1 week after the occurrence of pressure ulcer and after discharge were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion: The pressure ulcer information Management System makes the reporting process simple and convenient, which saves the reporting time, improves the accuracy of the pressure ulcer staging. It achieved the guidance for various stages of pressure ulcer treatment program, the use of dressing guidance, improved the accuracy of pressure ulcer treatment program, which is worthy of clinical reference.

Abstract: 

Traffic congestion worldwide has led to loss of human lives due to failure in transporting accident victims, critical patients, medical, equipments and medicines on time. With the unending growth in vehicular traffic everywhere, the fusion of Internet of Things (IoT) and Vehicular Ad Hoc Network (VANET) has embarked as a promising platform for an Intelligent Traffic Management System (ITMS). In the literature, researchers have suggested various solutions, but without taking into consideration how to prioritize emergency vehicles when traffic System is collapsed due to hacking. This paper proposes a novel Intelligent traffic Management System for a smart city after considering the research gaps which are yet to be explored in the current scenario. Our proposed solution, not only navigates ambulances to find the shortest possible paths till their destination, but also presents a counter measure to get rid the problem of the traffic light System when it is hacked during its operation. To show the advantages of our proposed solution over already proposed solutions, a simulated environment (CupCarbon simulator) is used to model various scenarios which shows the actual roads and vehicle movements in the implementation. The observed results exhibit the superiority of our proposed solution over state-of-the-art solutions.

DIVIDING CUSTOMERS TO SEPARATED GROUPS IS CRITICAL AND ESSENTIAL FOR THE BENEFICIAL DECISION MAKING OF MANAGERS. WE PROPOSE AN INTELLIGENCE FUZZY System BY USING ANFIS TO CUSTOMER CLASSIFICATION AND PREDICTION. THIS System USING REAL DATA AND VALIDATION METHODS, BECAUSE OF THIS WE CAN LEAN ON THE RESULTS. THE PRINCIPAL ADVANTAGES OF IT, IS RECOGNIZING AND CLASSIFYING THE CUSTOMERS. System CAN GET DATA AS INPUT AND LEARNS, THEN TRAINS AND VALIDATES THEM. IN ADDITION TO COMMERCIAL APPLICATIONS, SERVICE COMPANIES LIKE FINANCIAL AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANIES, ETC CAN APPLY IT TO PROTECT THEIR CUSTOMER'S SATISFYING.
